Commercial Leasing Contracts 101

This is the follow-up course to Commercial Leasing 101. In this class, we learn which forms to use to apply negotiated terms. The course reviews both Texas REALTOR® forms as well as lawyer-drafted forms used by industry giants. Some of the forms discussed include the commercial lease, letters of intent to lease, construction forms and commission agreements.
