Inside the Current Issue of Houston REALTOR®

Spring is here, and I’m really encouraged by what I’m seeing in the Houston housing market. It feels steady. Buyers are still out there, inventory is giving them more options, and prices are starting to level out. Even with everything happening globally, the market here at home is on solid footing. Interest rates are something we’re all watching, but the good news is affordability has actually improved compared to this time last year.
