HAR’s 15th Annual 20 under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards was an event to remember. Hosted by YPN Chair Tory Ramirez and Chair-Elect Stazi Pena, the sold out crowd came ready to celebrate Houston’s brightest young professionals in Hollywood red-carpet style. The highly competitive award honors twenty HAR members 40 years of age or younger who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of sales, leadership, and community involvement. Unstoppable co-hosts, Samantha Plomer and Ricky Gonzalez, kicked off the festivities with the Facebook Live pre-show watched by hundreds of members. A space age Champagne lady served up the bubbly while guests struck a pose in the photo booth, and mingled with their colleagues, friends, and families. One winner was heard saying…’I had no idea this was such a huge deal until I got here.’
