13. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

A. DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION, ON MONTGOMERY COUNTY’S PARTICIPATION IN THE FY16 FLOOD MITIGATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. IF APPROVED ALLOW EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH CONTRACTORS TO FACILITATE APPLYING FOR THE GRANT, AND AUTHORIZE JUDGE DOYAL TO SIGN.
