HAR.com is constantly working to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information through our apps. The latest update of the HAR.com app for iOS and Android is available now. It has significant new features and a redesigned user interface.
We know the importance of having the most current information for your clients, so listings are now updated faster—with updates happening every five minutes! You will get associated push notifications for any saved searches.
When you open the HAR.com App, you will be taken directly to the Map Search, which is how most people search for properties on apps. From there, you can easily access the navigation tools at the bottom, which includes Search, Favorites, Agent, Notifications and More.
You can navigate through the HAR.com app with the redesigned panel-style menu of options.
The Listing Agent’s contact information, along with the Platinum badge for MLS Platinum subscribers, is continually displayed at the bottom of the screen when viewing listings. There is also a prominently displayed button to Schedule Tour. And, the Favorite and Don’t Like buttons are easily accessible at the top of the detail listing cards.
The MLS Subscriber Info tab has been completely redesigned to make it easier to read and have access all in one place.
If a listing is available for sale and lease, the listings will now be connected and will show you both.
The Agent Profiles have been upgraded with a sleek format that includes contact information, agent biography and more.
There are also more options to update a listing within the new design. In the Add/Edit Listings section, you can quickly edit a listing and upload photos, videos and more with access to the HAR Media App
The Find a Pro service has been redesigned to improve searchability and functionality.
Consumers can now utilize the Nearby Agents search feature to find agents who have listings near their location or agents who have had showings nearby. There is also other premium content available to consumers who are working with a REALTOR® and register.
Other updates and additions to the HAR.com App include:
- Revisions to the Schedule and Connect to Agent features, which are only available to HAR MLS subscribers.
- View all available media assets in the Media Gallery, which shows Photos, Videos, Tours, and the Street View, where available.
- Additional bug fixes and performance improvements.
