Your HAR Governmental Affairs Department invites you to join fellow Texas REALTORS® to attend a very important event, Texas REALTOR® Lobby Day, in Austin on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. It is sure to be a fun and informative day at the Capitol as you network with fellow REALTORS® and meet with your state lawmakers to discuss matters of concern to the real estate industry, such as:
- Appraisal Reform
- Eminent Domain
- HOAs
- REALTOR® Transfer Fee
- Sales tax on professional services
REALTORS® are a target this session, so it is important that you make your presence known and put a face behind the issues that matter most to protect your pocketbook and livelihood.
A minimum $110 per person TREPAC investment is necessary for members and their spouses or guests to participate in Texas REALTOR® Lobby Day.
For your convenience, we will have buses available to take you to Austin. We have to receive your RSVP by March 11th in order to reserve you a spot on the bus.
