South Texas College of Law – MCE Course
The 16th Annual Commercial Real Estate Course is a “must-attend” event for real estate brokers who practice in any segment of the real estate industry. In addition to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)-certified courses, the program offers numerous individual and panel discussions on a wide variety of topics. Experts will update attendees about the status of the retail, industrial, office, residential, and land markets.
Members of Commercial Gateway receive a discounted registration rate since the course is sponsored in part by the Commercial Division of the Houston Association of REALTORS®. Plus, in an effort to make the program more accessible to newcomers, members licensed less than 5 years receive an even lower rate.
Tuition Options:

- $150 – Brokers/Agents Licensed Less Than 5 Years
- $285 – General Admission for Brokers/Agents (Non-Lawyer)
