Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)

THE Designation for Higher Learning (Marketing)

Class:  GRI Marketing

Addtl: * In order to earn the GRI designation, the GRI Law, GRI Marketing and GRI Brokerage must be taken. These courses can be taken in an order.  This GRI is approved for 10 hours of CE or 30 hours of SAE (Provider Number 0001).

HAR REALTOR® LAUNCH

Cost: $199 for HAR Members, $209 for Non-Members
Addtl: This is a 4 ½ day course which is currently approved for 30 hours of SAE or 10 hours of CE.  (Provider number 0001).  CLASSES ARE HELD EACH MONTH SO CHECK THE CALENDAR FOR A LOCATION NEAREST YOU.

This February HAR will begin offering a series of contracts courses that will assist agents in understanding how to properly complete the TAR and TREC contract forms with confidence and expertise.  This certification is perfect for those who are newer to the business, are less experienced or may be returning to the business after a break.

The series will include the following classes:

  • Contracts 101A (6 hours)
  • Contracts 101B (6 hours)
  • Contracts 201A (6 hours)
  • Contracts 201B (6 hours)
  • Intermediary : “Solving the Mystery” (3 hours)
  • Multiple Offers: “Putting the Pieces Together” (3 hours)

Agents must complete all six courses to earn the HCP.  All classes are currently CE pending and are expected to be approved by the start of February classes.
