t’s encouraging to see the Greater Houston housing market showing continued strength as we head into summer. Pending home sales reached their highest level in four years, a sign that buyers remain active and confident. With more inventory and greater flexibility than we’ve seen in recent years, today’s market is creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers. As our industry evolves, so do the challenges REALTORS® face. That’s why HAR is expanding its advocacy leadership to strengthen our voice on the issues that matter most, from protecting private property rights to supporting homeownership and ensuring REALTORS® have a seat at the table.
