On August 22, Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes took readers inside the 10 most expensive homes that sold in Houston in July, courtesy of MLS data that HAR provided. Among them was a Spanish-style mansion designed by famed architect Ralph Adams Cram, who is credited with the design of Rice University and Princeton University. The property is known as the Cleveland Sewall House.

KTRH/Newsradio 740 cited HAR MLS data in its September 3 story about the top things to consider when selling your home.

HAR Chair Shannon Cobb Evans was a guest on the Texas Real Estate Radio Network, with hosts Jason Bible and Robert Orfino, on September 5, discussing market trends across greater Houston. The interview was captured as a Facebook Live session and will soon be released as a podcast.

The Houston Chronicle’s Rebecca Hennes reported on renovations to what she described as “a palatial west Houston mansion tied to former Houston Rockets point guard Mike James” before the property was placed back on the market. The September 9 Chron.com story contained links to the listing on HAR.com.
