This course is designed to give an overview of the different motivators and societal norms within differing cultures found in the housing market. The course provides agents with knowledge to better understand and work with different cultural groups without causing offense. Covers differing sales techniques that lead toward success and outlines cultural taboos to avoid. The course encourages agents to embrace diversity in their real estate practice. Participants will learn about the people who make up the local market, their values, customs, real estate needs, and expectations of real estate professionals.
