The 2025 HAR Engage Conference brought together hundreds of REALTORS®, brokers, and industry partners for a full day of learning, networking, and inspiration — and it did not disappoint!
Held at Norris Conference Center, this year’s event delivered a dynamic mix of education, innovation, and connection, all centered around helping real estate professionals grow their businesses, strengthen relationships, and navigate an ever-evolving industry.
A Powerful Lineup of Speakers and Sessions
The day kicked off with an insightful morning keynote from Jessica Lautz, Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at NAR, who broke down “Our Real Estate Economy Today” — offering clarity, context, and data-driven insights into what’s ahead for the housing market.
Breakout sessions followed, covering a wide range of timely topics including mindset and growth, AI and technology, sales and marketing, communication skills, and risk management. Attendees learned from industry experts such as Bob Hale, Kirk Weisler, Monica Neubauer, Bill Baldwin, Mario Arriaga, Grant Harpold, Cristina Schaefer, Alisha Holt, and Claudia Hernandez.
Two engaging panels, Top Producers and Women in Power, inspired attendees with real-world wisdom, success stories, and candid conversations about what it takes to thrive in today’s market.
The energy continued into lunch with the TR 360 Panel, featuring a thought-provoking discussion from Texas REALTORS® leadership. Attendees enjoyed connecting with colleagues, visiting sponsor and HAR department booths, and gathering inspiration from the sponsors who helped make the day possible.
The conference concluded with a heartfelt and inspiring closing keynote from Lindsey Peckham, hospitality strategist and founder of Handle with Care. Her message on “Unreasonable Hospitality” challenged REALTORS® to elevate every client experience through intentional, human-centered service — a perfect closing reminder of the power of relationships in real estate.
Each attendee also received a complimentary copy of “Unreasonable Hospitality” to continue the learning long after the event ended.

From the opening keynote to the final applause, HAR Engage 2025 reminded everyone that success in real estate isn’t just about transactions — it’s about connection, creativity, and continuous growth.
