  • effectively establish a multiple offers process from the beginning of a listing,
  • provide meaningful information to buyers without limiting the upside potential of an offer
  • lead the seller to the best choice.

Buyers agents will be able to:

  • gather information from the listing agent
  • help the buyer maximize value for sellers
  • present the buyer’s offer more effectively via video or in writing
