It’s that time of year again—the HAR Board of Directors election happens later this month. You may find all of the candidates on page 13. You will receive your ballot to vote as an email from the third-party firm BigPulse on July 28, and you will have until August 1 at 12 p.m. to vote.

I recently joined fellow HAR members in Washington, D.C. for the 2025 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings. We worked alongside Texas REALTORS® and NAR to advocate for key issues, like making it easier for first-time buyers to use IRA funds for down payments and expanding access to affordable health care for REALTORS®.
