This course is designed for residential real estate professionals aspiring to work in commercial real estate or who are interested in practicing both residential and commercial real estate, with a focus on building a versatile skill set.
Participants in this course will learn to:

- Demonstrate how market data and valuation factors determine the value of a commercial real estate property.
- Describe the fundamental aspects of investment and income-producing properties in the commercial real estate sector.
- Identify challenges in working on commercial deals and associated risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify strategies to transition into a commercial real estate role.
