Gene Ray Glaeser, Jr.
HAR extends condolences to family, friends and colleagues of Gene Ray Glaeser, Jr., 45, who died on December 22, 2024. He was a part of Keller Williams in Houston.
Gene Ray was born on July 31, 1979, in Bleiblerville to Gene Ray and Charlotte (Helm) Glaeser. He was baptized at Welcome Lutheran Church. Gene graduated from Bellville High School in 1998 and went on to lead a fulfilling life. He was the owner of Must Be Heaven in Katy before transitioning to work as a Realtor for Keller Williams in Houston.
Gene was widely known for his joyful and loving nature, and his deep devotion to family and friends. He was a passionate cook and played a role in preparing holiday meals, always offering a helping hand in the kitchen. Gene enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking walks in the park with his beloved dog, Snoopy, or riding on the ranch to check the cattle. He also enjoyed dinner and movies with friends. In his earlier years, he cherished trips to the coast to fish with his family.
Gene is preceded in death by his father Gene Ray, grandparents Helen and Wilbert Glaeser and Mildred and Charlie Helm; uncle Julian Bolcerek. He is survived by his mother Charlotte Glaeser; brother Craig and wife Krystal; aunts Helen Blum, Bonnie Bolcerek, Marilyn and Florian Pawlak, Darlain Surovik; along with numerous cousins and friends; special friend Barbara Watts and his best pal Snoopy, his dog.
A memorial service was held on January 11, 2025 at Welcome Lutheran Church with Rev. John R. Sutton officiating.
