- DOM *: Business rule change – * next to DOM indicates previous listing activity within the past six months as opposed to past one year
- CDOM: Business rule change – CDOM will include DOM count from previous listing activity within the past six months as opposed to past one year.
CMA Enhancements:
- Property Profile and Analysis Reports: Address and ML# hyperlink to Buyer Full Photo report
- ‘DOM’ and ‘CDOM’ added to ‘Available Features’ section for use on comparables
- Property Analysis w/Adj Report: ‘Original List Price’ added to report
- Price Comparison Graph – Horizontal: Displays “Cumulative Days on Market” (CDOM) value instead of “Days on Market” (DOM) value
- Price History Graph: Displays CDOM value instead of DOM value
- The font of the CMA Disclaimer on the cover page is reduced
