The wait is over! The new statewide HAR.com consumer site has been in beta mode for the last nine months, but it went live on Tuesday, March 24. This means the old site went away, and the newly designed site is the primary site. Hopefully you have had an opportunity to test drive the new site. The feedback we have received so far has been overwhelmingly positive. This redesign is not only for the consumer site but also the Members Only page. It DOES NOT affect Tempo or Fusion though.

While there are many new features available for consumers searching for properties on the site, the new Members Only site has been refreshed to allow for easier navigation and a more positive overall member experience.

Two quick links to remember for easy access:

Member login page (instructions below): http://houstonarea.har.com/content/realtor
Houston homepage for consumers and members: http://houstonarea.har.com

Below are screen shots for how members may login to the MLS from the new site.

Once you are on the new Members Only page, you may either use the new mega-menu navigation across the top of the page, or you may click on any of the section headers to have the familiar column on the left with all of the tools and services. The new and improved Members Only page has all of the things you’ve come to rely on, including the Search box that makes finding anything on the page a breeze.

You may click HERE to go directly to the new login page.

We are very excited about the launch of the new statewide HAR.com and hope you and your clients will enjoy all of the new tools and features on the site.

You may also click HERE to see “what’s new” on HAR.com.

We understand that some of you have had issues logging into the Members Only site and then accessing the MLS.

If you are having a problem logging in to the HAR.com Members Only portal, the following steps may resolve your issue.

First, try logging out of your account and then back in. This should reset your account and allow you access.

Your password is also case sensitive so make sure you are entering it properly. You may click HERE to have your password sent to you.

If none of the above steps resolve your login issue, you may consider updating your browser to the latest version of IE or use a Chrome browser.

We apologize for any difficulty this has caused.

Thank you for your understanding as we roll out the new HAR.com.
