Why was the Terminated-Relisted status created?
The Terminated-Relisted status helps reduce unnecessary solicitations to owners and confusion when a property is simply being relisted by the same brokerage, creating a better experience for both listing agents and sellers. This change was voted on and approved by the HRIS Board of Directors.
