By using the VOW of a given REALTOR®, the client/customer must agree to certain terms of use, establish a login account, and then have access to a strong MLS property search engine and Premium Content such as Sold Prices, Property History Reports and Saved Searches!
Benefits to the Platinum Agent
Your VOW increases lead generation from your Agent Website! You will have access to the following client information on your VOW dashboard:
- Saved searches
- Favorite listings
- Recently viewed properties
- Recently sold and leased properties
- Inquiries for value-added reports
Once you set up your Agent/Company website, the VOW tool will be live. You can also add it to an external website.
To view and manage your VOW, Log into the Members Only Portal, search ‘VOW’ and choose ‘Virtual Office Website’. If you had opted out of the VOW program in the past, you can opt-in at any time to empower your clients and increase your lead generation!
