A new MLS status, Terminated-Relisted, is now available for listings that are being terminated and relisted by the same brokerage within one calendar day.
This status was created to help reduce unnecessary solicitation of sellers when a property is not truly leaving the market but is instead being relisted by the same brokerage.
When using Terminated-Relisted, please note:
- The property must be relisted by the same brokerage within one calendar day.
- If the property is not relisted within one calendar day, the status will be updated to Terminated.
This enhancement was requested by the MLS Advisory Group and approved by the HRIS Board of Directors.
