Thank you so very much for your service, Houston Mayor Annise Parker and Council Members Ed Gonzalez, Oliver Pennington, Steve Costello, and Clarence Bradford. Each officeholder is term-limited, having completed their three two-year terms of office. During the Parker Administration, HAR members were appointed to serve on City of Houston Boards and Commissions. To commemorate and recognize their volunteer service, those members are pictured with Mayor Parker in the rotunda of City Hall on November 6, 2015.
