This February HAR will begin offering a series of contracts courses that will assist agents in understanding how to properly complete the TAR and TREC contract forms with confidence and expertise. This certification is perfect for those who are newer to the business, are less experienced or may be returning to the business after a break.

The series will include the following classes:

Contracts 101A (6 hours)
Contracts 101B (6 hours)
Contracts 201A (6 hours)
Contracts 201B (6 hours)
Intermediary : “Solving the Mystery” (3 hours)
Multiple Offers: “Putting the Pieces Together” (3 hours)

Agents must complete all six courses to earn the HCP. All classes are currently CE pending and are expected to be approved by the start of February classes.
