Houston Chronicle reporter Katherine Feser cited HAR’s latest Hottest Communities in the Houston Area Report for a story about the top 10 communities in Houston’s suburbs. The article was published on November 3.

Chron.com reporter Janet Miranda cited HAR’s latest Housing and Rental Affordability Report for a story about Houston housing easts easing for the first time since 2020. The article was published on November 8.

WFAA-TV/News 8 in Dallas featured a home from HAR’s latest list of the Most Expensive Listings in Texas in an article on November 9. The $13 million estate in South Lake features a million-dollar pool. The Dallas Business Journal also published a story about this property.

KTRK-TV/ABC 13 reporter Lileana Pearson interviewed HAR Chair Thomas Mouton about how the Federal Reserve’s rate cut could impact homebuyers in Houston. The story aired on November 12.

HAR board member Rick Treviño was interviewed by KXLN-TV/Univision 45 about HAR’s October 2024 Housing Market Update and discussed how mortgage rates are impacting home sales. The segment aired on November 13.

HAR board member Ricky Gonzalez and HAR members Rosaura Arango and Jenniffer Burnley participated in Telemundo Houston’s En Tu Defensa phone bank on November 13 and November 20. They answered more than 40 viewer questions regarding renters’ rights.
