Late last year, HAR partnered with 8touches.com to bring all HAR MLS subscribers free, professional looking property flyers, brochures and post cards that are easy to generate in only a few minutes. These incredible looking marketing pieces automatically integrate your MLS listing information and property photos as well as your agent photo and company logo making it a snap to use. This feature can be accessed from the Tempo “Reports – Flyers/Brochures” menu located at the top of every Tempo page.
Since making this product available to HAR members, 8touches.com has been hard at work expanding the number of marketing templates and service offerings available to HAR members at no cost. Agents can now choose from more than 1,000 professionally designed templates to produce listing and open house flyers, just listed and sold post cards, farming post cards and many more marketing pieces. Agents also have free access to the “Marketing Director” service that automates “Just Listed” and “Just Sold’ mailers, so whenever you enter a new listing or participate in a sale, you receive an email with a draft of the postcard mailer. Other new enhancements include the ability to save your drafts, access your previous order history and create custom mailing lists that can be saved and reused.

- You can save the marketing pieces as a PDF or jpeg image and email or print them from your computer, or for a high quality print job, use 8Touches’ printing services.
- Choose from more than 1,000 new, professionally designed templates, including farming templates, action card templates, seasonal marketing and more.
- Customize the color scheme for each marketing piece.
- If you choose 8Touches to print and mail your marketing pieces, you can upload your own mailing list or generate a mailing list based on zip code or create a custom mailing list using the map tool.
- You can now SAVE YOUR ADDRESS LIST. You only have to map out your farm area one time. Simply save the list and use the list every time you want to market to that area! You may have up to five lists saved in the system.
- “Marketing Director” automatically creates your Just Listed or Just Sold items within 24 hours after being listed with MLS and emails you the completed item! Just click on the “Marketing Director” link for more information and to choose your templates.
