The New York Times reported Shannon Sims cited HAR data in a story that highlighted Sugar Land and the master-planned communities located there. The story was published on June 18.

Austin Business Journal reporter Cody Baird cited HAR’s 10 Most Expensive Listings in Texas report for a story about a $13.9M home on Lake Travis hitting the market. The article was published on July 2.

HAR Chair Shae Cottar was interviewed by Newsweek report Giulia Carbonaro in a story about a surge in inventory in the Texas housing market. Shae shared how the Houston area market is seeing a record number of homes for sale. The story was published on July 4.

Community Impact reporter Vanessa Holt cited HAR’s Housing and Rental Affordability report in a story about 26% of Montgomery County households being able to buy a home in The Woodlands in early 2025. The story was published on July 8.
