HAR assisted KHOU-TV/11 News reporter Michelle Choi with tips for consumers about seller impersonation fraud after a Houston landowner says his vacant lot was listed for sale without his knowledge. The story aired on August 13.

The Real Deal reporter Kathryn Lundstrom featured a property on HAR’s Most Expensive Homes Sold Report in an article about Houston trial lawyer Tony Buzbee now owning two adjacent mansions in River Oaks. It was published on August 17.

KRIV-TV/Fox 26 reporter Jillian Hartman cited HAR’s safety resources in a story about a rise in rental scams in the Houston area. The story aired on August 19.

Chron.com reporter Ahmed Humble cited HAR’s July Housing Market Update in an article about Houston reaching a record 40,750 active single-family listings while buyers took more time to make decisions. The article was published on August 22.

Homes.com cited HAR’s July Housing Market Update in a national article about what buyers should expect from the September housing market, noting Houston’s record inventory and increased buyer leverage. The article was published August 27.
