HAR Vice Chair Kat Robinson was interviewed by KHOU-TV/11 News reporter Matt Dougherty about the importance of buyers knowing any potential risks they face depending on their home’s location. The story aired on October 21.

Chron.com reporter Ahmed Humble cited HAR’s Hottest Communities in the Houston Area Report in a story about the booming suburbs that Houston homebuyers are flocking to. It was published on October 29.

KTRH/NewsRadio 740 cited HAR data in a story about how a drop in mortgage rates has boosted homes in the Houston area this year. The story aired on October 27.

HRIS Director Bill Baldwin was interviewed by Candy’s Dirt reporter Charles Grand about how private flood insurance providers kept closings afloat during the government shutdown. The article was published on November 11.

HAR assisted Houston Chronicle senior real estate reporter Marissa Lucky with data for a story about which communities are seeing low inventory versus those that have record-high inventory. The story was published on November 16.

HAR Chair Shae Cottar was interviewed live by KIAH-TV/CW 39 anchor Maggie Flecknoe for a segment about the Home for the Holidays display that HAR is sponsoring for the 2025 holiday season. The segment aired on November 21.
