Houston Chronicle real estate reporter Katherine Feser profiled a $24.8 million home that topped HAR’s 10 Most Expensive Homes Sold Report. It was the second most expensive single-family home ever recorded in the HAR MLS. The story was published on December 21.

Houston Agent Magazine profiled several HAR leaders who were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200 in a story published on January 9. HAR President and CEO Bob Hale ranked No.5 among the most influential organized real estate leaders and No. 38 on the overall SP 200. HAR Past Chair and TREC Commissioner Mark Woodroof ranked at No. 102. HAR Past Board Member Courtney Johnson Rose ranked at No. 150. HAR Executive Vice President René Galvan made the SP 200 Watchlist for the second year in a row.
