For the second year in a row, the HAR MLS team provided extensive research and data for the Houston Chronicle’s annual Home Buyers Guide, which the paper now produces as a 32-page, magazine-style pullout. The guide ran in the Sunday, April 30 edition, which featured a front-page story by real estate reporter Nancy Sarnoff headlined “Housing market is booming.” That article also cited HAR market statistics.
HAR put Houston Chronicle real estate correspondent Valerie Sweeten in touch with HAR board member Mike Mahlstedt for his expertise about Houston’s escalating demand for high-rise and midrise properties. The feature story was published in the Sunday, May 14 edition of the paper.
