The Houston Association of REALTORS® is making headlines! Here’s a look at some of the media coverage our organization has received over the past few weeks.

HAR facilitated a Fox 26 News interview with HAR board member Tim Surratt, as reporter Tom Zizka profiled the growing appeal of residential life in Houston’s Midtown area. The story aired in the evening news on May 15.

Telemundo Houston (Channel 47) consumer affairs reporter Crystal Ayala interviewed HAR Management Central Chair Carol Jukes in Spanish for a special report about fraudulent home sales in which undocumented Hispanic home buyers were being ripped off to the tune of thousands of dollars. Carol helped get important information out to viewers about the benefits and security of working with a Realtor whenever buying or selling real estate. She reminded them that if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. The story aired the evening of May 20.
