Chaille explained how employment has been the leading driver of skyrocketing home sales. The segment aired on Fox 26 News in the 7 a.m. hour on October 22.

In one of his last stories before the radio station dropped its all-news format and became a hip-hop music station, News 92 FM business editor Brent Clanton interviewed HAR Chair Chaille Ralph about the ongoing home sales frenzy in Houston despite limited inventory. The story aired on October 7.
