Commercial Gateway now promotes your listings through state-wide and national partnerships. As a collaborating partner, we believe in syndicating listings on other sites. We work with Economic Development groups, media partners, and other associations to put a focus on your listings.
State and National Cooperation
Texas REALTORS has launched an online commercial property search that features Commercial Gateway listings. The search tool pulls data from all the Texas markets that use the Catylist platform and populates them to this state-wide search. This means all listings in the Commercial Gateway system are automatically pushed to the Texas REALTORS public-facing search page.
Catylist has also recently launched a national portal for commercial properties: CommercialExchange.com. This national site offers the same functionality as the Texas REALTORS website but on a national scale. In other words, all listings in the Commercial Gateway system are automatically pushed to Catylist’s national portal.
