Fox Business cited HAR inventory data in a national story naming Houston among U.S. metros trending toward a buyer’s market. The story aired on July 22 on Fox affiliates across the country.
HRIS Director Bill Baldwin was interviewed by KTRK-TV/ABC 13 reporter Chaz Miller about rental affordability in the Houston area. Baldwin discussed how housing costs extend beyond monthly rent and remain a challenge for many renters. The story aired on July 31.
