HAR is introducing a new feature that gives you more control and more opportunity when marketing your Coming Soon listings.
You now have the option to showcase your Coming Soon listings to a broader audience across HAR.com, IDX websites and participating real estate portals.

Expanding visibility during the Coming Soon phase can help you:

- Gauge buyer interest
- Create momentum for a stronger launch
You’re in control.
When entering your listing in Matrix, you can choose whether to market your Coming Soon listing to all consumers or keep it limited–allowing you to tailor your strategy based on your client’s needs.
How to enable public visibility in Matrix
When changing your listing status from Incomplete to Coming Soon, look for the field labeled “Coming Soon Public Display?” and select Yes to showcase your listing to consumers. Selecting No will keep the visibility limited.
Important: Coming Soon listings are not active listings, and showings are not permitted while a property is in Coming Soon status, according to HAR MLS rules.
