This one and a half day class is presented by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Upon completion of this class, listing agents will be able to:
- effectively establish a multiple offers process from the beginning of a listing,
- provide meaningful information to buyers without limiting the upside potential of an offer
- lead the seller to the best choice.
Buyers agents will be able to:
- gather information from the listing agent
- help the buyer maximize value for sellers
- present the buyer’s offer more effectively via video or in writing
