Short Conversations…Great Impressions – In this class you will have the opportunity to explore some of the questions that you might face as an agent and learn how to be more comfortable and prepared to answer them and respond without losing the confidence of a potential client.

Objections as Opportunities – This class is designed to assist real estate agents in determining the motivational process behind consumer objections by introducing the relationship-building/collaborative approach vs. the transactional-traditional/combative approach. Through this process, agents will learn to view objections as communication opportunities, not obstacles, for engagement, resolution, and community-building, resulting in a high probability of repeat and referral business.
