  • Re page 9,10 Section 5 code of Ethics Training. As I recall the 2 hours ethics requirement was recently revised to a 2 hour legal class, so have Legal 1 and Legal 2, 4 hours total. Is this not requiring an additional 2.5 hours of ethics? Looking for clarification. Strong supporter of high ethical standards. is this class going to discuss what is legal but not ethical? Is the ethics class going to be from a moral, theological, historical, opther viewpopint? Thanks,
    George

    • The HAR/REALTOR education is completely separate from the TREC education requirements. Legal 1 & 2 include TREC ethics. The HAR/REALTOR would include ethics based on our Association rules.
