Smith LT 1 549 H T & B, Acres 5.000; and G.C. Smith LT2 549 H T & B, Acres 10.000 and, five tracts of land, approximately 7.869 acres in Annexation Area 2, identified as A0549 H T & B R R Tract 21 B called Tract 1, Acres 2.200; LT 21B1 (called Tract 4) 550 H T & B, Acres 2.5; A0550 H T & B R R, Tract 21D, Acres 2.5; A0550 H T & B R R Tract 21, Acres 0.789; A0550 H T & B R R Tract 21E, Acres 2.25. 5. PUBLIC HEARING:  1 p.m.:  Conduct Public Hearing and take all appropriate action on the following matter:

Acceptance of the traffic control plan for Briscoe Falls, Section 1 and Section 2, Precinct 3.

17. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2:

Take all appropriate action on Petition for Addition of Certain Land to re-annex a portion of Sienna Parkway into the boundaries of the City of Missouri City, Texas, Precinct 2.

B. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 0.7555 acre tract of land conveyed by Public Road Right-of-Way Dedication from Admiral TLC, LLC to Fort Bend County, Texas, regarding Humphrey Way and; record same in Official Public Records; Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 0.3048 acre tract of land conveyed by Special Warranty Deed from Terrabrook Cinco Ranch Southwest to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding Katy Gaston Road and; record same in Official Public Records; Precinct 3.

D. Take all appropriate action on request by Catherine A. f. Request for approval of an amendment to the final project plan and reinvestment zone financing plan of Houston’s Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #24 to promote the development of all eligible public and commercial improvements in connection with certain economic development projects.

19. Grants

a. Request by the Flood Control District for authorization to submit an application to the Texas Water Development Board for grant funds in the amount of $15,683,234, with a combined match of $2,145,120, for acquisition and demolition of certain homes at risk of continued flood damage in connection with the 2016 FEMA Flood Mitigation Assistance Program.

III. Public Hearings

Request by the Office of the County Engineer/Right of Way Division for a public hearing to determine whether a portion of Harris County Almeda School Road Park should be sold to the State of Texas for construction of FM-521 in Precinct 1.

11. COUNTY JUDGE

B. CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZENS COMMITTEE TO REVIEW ELECTED OFFICIAL RAISES.

13. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

A. DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION, ON MONTGOMERY COUNTY’S PARTICIPATION IN THE FY16 FLOOD MITIGATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.  IF APPROVED ALLOW EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH CONTRACTORS TO FACILITATE APPLYING FOR THE GRANT, AND AUTHORIZE JUDGE DOYAL TO SIGN.

B. CONSIDER, DISCUSS, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON A GRANT APPLICATION FOR FY16 PRE DISASTER MITIGATION PLANNING GRANT.  AUTHORIZE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH HGAC TO FACILITATE APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT ON BEHALF OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY.  FURTHER AUTHORIZE JUDGE DOYAL TO SIGN.

C. DISCUSS UPDATES ON CURRENT DISASTER STATUS AND TAKE ANY ACTION NEEDED.

20. PUBLIC HEARING

A. PRECINCT 2

  1. CONSIDER AND APPROVE ESTABLISHING A 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ON OLD CONROE ROAD FROM FM 1488 TO PARK AVENUE.
