This package will include the following courses:
1. Advanced Negotiation for Buyer’s Agents – Advanced Negotiations for Buyers includes more advanced techniques and approaches to help buyers choose an effective negotiation plan, and to help the buyer’s agent negotiate more effectively on their behalf.
2. Mastering Email Negotiations – The “Mastering Email Negotiations in Real Estate” course will teach you how to be the most effective you can be when negotiating by email or in writing. Learn to manage the content, the message, and the relationship and close more deals with email negotiating!
Group discussions, case studies, and student teaching will all be utilized to maximize the learning experience. *If would like to take one of these two classes separately contact the Education Department at HAR.
