The quarterly HAR/Commercial Gateway report on industrial/commercial market trends garnered Houston Business Journal coverage on July 24 in an article by Jenny Agee-Aldridge headlined “Industrial rental rates see huge increase.”

The Houston Business Journal also cited HAR/Commercial Gateway data in an August 24 article by Jenny Agree-Aldridge about Colvill Office Properties, PM Realty Group, Moody Rambin and Stream Realty representing the leasing of 57 percent of the total available space currently under construction in Houston.
