Commercial Organizations Promote Real Estate

Commercial real estate professionals recognize that experience, education and networking play an important part in understanding all the aspects involved in the transaction as well as how to remain at the forefront of the real estate industry. The greater Houston area  is home to multiple organizations that promote commercial real estate. These groups meet on a regular basis and offer a variety of activities designed to advance your career and the industry in general. Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, presents a monthly roundup of meetings, events and other activities that may be of interest to you. In addition, Commercial Gateway supports education by sponsoring a variety of commercial real estate classes. In cooperation with HAR’s Professional Development department, Commercial Gateway produces a database of commercial courses that brokers and agents can conveniently access online. The database simplifies the process of finding and registering for courses needed for MCE credit.
