  • To hear that the auto-population is coming from Realist is scary. I have many properties that are not up to date or have missing information or the wrong information. And while it has nothing to do with auto population, it’s very disappointed that we don’t get MUD issued, authorized, and standby fees for MUDs in Realist.

    • Good Morning Lilly,
      Thank you for your feedback. Can you please email me any properties that are not up to date or have missing information and specify what is missing? I will be more than happy to look into anything you send my way. Please send the email to: Nathan@har.com. In general, auto-population only populates the basic address information and characteristics are populated from either Stewart or Realist. As for the MUD issued and authorized bonds, we are working on a utility that will allow you to search for that information separate from Realist.

      • These are a few errors. I know these aren’t fields that auto populate, but my outlook is if there are errors like these what other errors are there that we might not recognize as errors. Also, while we are on the subject, where are we going to get the MUD info of issued & authorized bonds for MUDS once Steward goes away? It also does give us the exemptions on the properties.

        The two this week are:

        509 Ladd, Dayton, TX 77535:
        Realist: number of bedrooms 0, number of baths 1;
        correct – 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths

        18930 Atascocita Trace, Humble, TX 77346

        HCAD 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (this is correct)
        Realist 4 bedrooms, 2 baths

        Realist shows as expired. It sold about 5 years ago, and it’s about to be listed for the first time after that close; no expired in between.
        Thanks for asking, Nathan.
