  1. Every realtor knows the only reason for Pocket Listings is the fact that the realtor who does the pocket listing does so merely for the income received from working both sides of the payment equation. “Coming Soon” should not be allowed.

  2. Unless you have a higher priced property or high profile client, I cannot say that pocket listings are an issue. Most buyers know about the MLS and expect that kind of exposure for the marketing of their home.
