Kimberly Harding of RE/MAX Space Center-Clear Lake was recently appointed by League City Mayor Tim Paulissen to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Position 1. The Planning and Zoning Commission is an eight-member board of volunteers that is responsible for the review of subdivision plans and other development issues brought forth by the Planning Department. The Commission also makes recommendations to City Council on rezoning, text amendments, and planned-unit developments (PUD), comprehensive plan and transportation planning issues.
As a licensed real estate professional serving the greater Houston area, Harding has strong ties and connections to the local market. She also believes strongly in giving back to the community. Harding is an area native and life-long resident of League City. Happily married to Beau Harding, they are proud parents of twin boys who are attending Texas Tech University.
