Tempo and Fusion Scheduled to Retire this Fall…

Tempo has been HAR’s primary MLS system for the past 15 years, a very long time in terms of technology and software. HAR’s system vendor, Corelogic, is discontinuing both Tempo and Fusion and has already moved more than 600,000 agents across North America to Matrix. HAR is the last account in the country remaining on Fusion and Tempo, both scheduled for retirement this fall, Fusion on October 3 and Tempo

Effective, Thursday, August 27, the following items will be published to the TEMPO MLS System: Single-Family Buyer Reports: Family Room Dimensions and Other Mandatory Fees will be displayed on the Buyer Reports. Lots Agent/Buyer Reports: Maintenance Fee Payment Schedule will be displayed on the Agent/Buyer Reports. Multi-Family Agent Reports: Unit# field will be removed from the Agent Reports. June Tempo Updates

Effective, Tuesday, June 9, the following items will be published to the TEMPO MLS System: Add/Edit: All Classes: Subdivision field will be increased from 28 to 40 characters. Add/Edit: Townhouse/Condo: When 'Yes' is selected for the 'Type Condo' field, then the default value for the field 'Management Company' is changed to 'Yes.' Add/Edit: Rental: When 'Mid/Hi-Rise Condominium' is selected for the 'Property Class' field, then 'Unit Number' becomes a required

Effective Wednesday, March 25, the following items were published to the TEMPO MLS System: Add/Edit: Listings in the Rental category will be able to be copied to other property classes if it is also For Sale!
