Pasadena and Pearland Runoff Election Results The runoff elections for the cities of Pasadena and Pearland were held on Saturday, June 10. Turn out in Pasadena was 6,747 votes, which is about 11% of registered voters. Jeff Wagner defeated HAR member and recommended candidate, John “JR” Moon, 56% to 43%.
