HAR MLS Quarterly Subscriber Fee Billing to Be Delayed

HAR recognizes that all members are likely to experience the effects of Hurricane Harvey, as homes are taken off the market to repair or rebuild and a resulting potential short-term shortage in inventory occurs. The HRIS (MLS) board of directors has approved delaying automatic MLS fee billing for the fourth quarter from September 15 to November 1. The first quarter 2018 MLS subscriber fees will also not auto-bill until February
