Survey, Abstract No. 549, Brazoria County, Texas, described in recorded deed Volume 923, Page 175, Brazoria County Instrument No. 2012055307, Brazoria County, Texas. (7006 Bailey Road, Pearland, TX.)   1. PUBLIC HEARINGS:  1 p.m.:  Conduct Public Hearings and take all appropriate action on the following matters:

Conduct public hearing for Foster Crossing Partial Replat No. 1, Precinct 3.

  1. COUNTY JUDGE: aTake all appropriate action to authorize reappraisal of all property damaged in the recent flooding disaster related events as allowed under Section 23.02 of the Texas Tax Code.
  1. ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATION:

Take all appropriate action on refund payments as detailed on Administrator’s memo dated June 8, 2016, totaling $10,998.27 to the political subdivisions for over payment of Election Deposits for the May 7, 2016 Joint Election contracted with the Fort Bend County Office of Elections Administration.
