SIOR Commercial Expo 2012

On Wednesday, April 4, the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) is presenting the 2012 Commercial Expo and Living Legend’s Speaker Series from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Westin Galleria Hotel in the 3rd floor Galleria Ballroom.   Since 1983, this annual event has provided a face-to-face venue for commercial brokers, developers and related service firms to share real-time information about transactions and development in the marketplace.

“The 2012 Expo will feature a presentation by Gerald D. Hines, which will be a fantastic continuation for this, the second of our Living Legends Speaker Series,” said Jeff G. Peden, president of the Houston/Gulf Coast Coast SIOR chapter.  “This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the true legends in our industry.”

Billed as Houston’s premier commercial real estate networking event, opportunities abound for participants to network with a wide variety of key real estate development/marketing teams. Registration is from 4 to 5 p.m., followed by the keynote speaker.  The expo and networking continue until 8 p.m.  Cost is $50 per person, with 10-ticket bundles being offered for $350.  For additional information, contact Michelle Martin at 713-830-2184, or register online at  www.siorhouston.com/expo.
